How we got here
October 2024 — The Problem Hits
While running our agency Meditrust, we hit a wall. Too many tools. Scattered tasks. Missed follow-ups. We needed a single place to manage clients, projects, and priorities.
December 2024 — First Specification
We stopped patching with templates and started designing something real. A tool built around the needs of service teams, not software teams.
February 2025 — First Version Launched
The first internal release helped us regain clarity — tasks, contacts, and calendar finally made sense together.
May 2025 — V2 Goes Public
With everything we learned, we rebuilt it for others. StartBoard.io is now open to all teams tired of chaos.
